Are Skywalker Trampolines safe for children?
Yes, our trampolines feature a patented no-gap enclosure system that eliminates dangerous gaps between the enclosure net and the jumping surface, protecting children from pinch points and springs.
What is the weight capacity of your trampolines?
Weight capacities vary by model. Our smaller 8-foot models typically support up to 175 lbs, while our larger 15-foot and 17-foot professional models can support up to 350 lbs.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping usually takes between 5 to 10 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 3-year limited warranty on the trampoline frame and a 1-year limited warranty on all other materials, including the jumping mat and safety netting.
Can I leave my trampoline out during the winter?
Our trampolines are weather-resistant, but we recommend removing the safety net, jumping mat, and spring pad during heavy snow or extreme winds to prolong the life of the components.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
