At Skywalker Trampolines, we prioritize your family's safety and satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all safety components and assembly hardware.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via our online portal or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the trampoline or accessory back into its original box, ensuring all springs, mats, and safety enclosure parts are securely included.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location to begin the transit process.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item for safety compliance and completeness, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
